This position is fully remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to engage with clients via telehealth platforms. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
