Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions via telecommunication, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively with clients to articulate therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment methods as necessary.

• Engage in regular clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops, training, and peer consultations to stay informed about best practices and emerging therapeutic approaches.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to empower them with knowledge about various mental health conditions and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a strong capacity to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
