Personal Injury Attorney – Plaintiff-Side Litigation Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid/Onsite) Compensation: $150,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses About the Opportunity A well-established and highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and handling cases from intake through trial or settlement. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through settlement or trial. Conduct client consultations, evaluate claims, and develop effective litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement demands, and other litigation documents. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and court appearances. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active and good standing New Jersey Bar license. Minimum 4+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. Trial experience is required. Experience independently managing both pre-litigation and litigation files. Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and case management abilities. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Preferred Experience Proven success handling complex or high-value personal injury matters. Experience resolving cases through mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, and trial. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative litigation team. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $150,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
