What you will do: Proactively seek new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with existing customers in a designated territory. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Engage with C‑suite executives and senior decision‑makers to negotiate and close high‑value deals, serving as a trusted advisor. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships, focus on retention and growth, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and provide regular updates on territory performance and market conditions. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, sharing insights with sales and marketing teams to inform strategies. Attend industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to generate leads and maintain a competitive edge. What you will bring: 3+ years of demonstrated sales experience within healthcare, pharmacy, bioscience, or a related industry. Strong background in selling to C‑suite executives and other high‑level decision‑makers, demonstrating the ability to close high‑value deals. Experience managing a territory autonomously, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and building a robust customer pipeline.
