Position Overview

We invite you to join our dynamic team of imaging specialists as our next exceptional Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations, spanning abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort during procedures, ensuring clear communication at every step
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, swiftly addressing any technical malfunctions
• Document procedures thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health system
• Continuously update knowledge on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certifications Needed

• Valid certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

Skills Required

• Strong technical skills in sonography imaging techniques and effective patient positioning
• Superb communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills
• Capable of working both independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
