About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Partnerships & Growth to spearhead B2B user acquisition and growth strategy across various sectors, including education, workforce development, community-based organizations, and government. This pivotal role involves leading the development and execution of a partnerships-led growth strategy, with a focus on driving new business acquisition and achieving user growth targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the partnership sales function, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of users. A hands-on approach is essential, as is the ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Candidates for the VP, Partnerships & Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. SaaS sales experience is required, along with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets and a strong background in consultative, relationship-driven sales. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in mission-driven markets such as education and government, a background in EdTech, GovTech, or similar sectors, and existing relationships with relevant organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong player-coach leadership style and the ability to balance strategic and executional responsibilities.
