The Bookkeeper Assistant will support the Controller with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, job costing, payroll support, bank reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and general administrative accounting duties . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Construction accounting experience is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Sage 300 CRE (Timberline), Procore, and Monday.com experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
