- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly. \n

- Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress throughout their therapeutic journey. \n
- Provide teletherapy solutions to reach clients in need, ensuring accessibility for those facing barriers to in-person visits. \n
- Maintain precise client documentation in adherence to ethical standards and organizational policies. \n
- Participate proactively in continuing education to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of emerging trends in marital and family therapy. \n
The LMFT will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- Active and valid licensure in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
