Step into an impactful role supporting young learners as a Special Education Resource Teacher for Pre-K through 2nd grade students. This fulfilling, on-site contract position is tailored for those who are passionate about making a difference in early childhood education. You will be working with a manageable caseload of about 20 students, many with autism, utilizing both push-in and pull-out methods. What we’re seeking:

• Current Educator Certification (visual proof required)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher, ideally in early childhood settings
• Strong background supporting students with autism and diverse learning needs
• Skilled in both push-in and pull-out service delivery models
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative abilities
• Adaptability and genuine enthusiasm for travel and working on-site

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group resource instruction for K–2 students with IEPs
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address student needs
