Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth clinical counseling services, utilizing effective techniques to engage clients and support their mental health journey.

• Ensure regular and reliable attendance, starting sessions on time to maintain the therapeutic relationship.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive written records for each client, including but not limited to intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination notes.

• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues to enhance the organization's reputation and foster a positive therapeutic atmosphere.

• Adhere to the service provider agreement, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures in every aspect of your work.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of our organization and clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population looking for tailored mental health support. We provide services to individuals seeking assistance with an array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. Your clinical expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing client outcomes, particularly through our collaborative and individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as an LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience delivering virtual counseling services, ensuring effective communication and client engagement in a remote setting.

• A minimum of two years of post-degree experience providing clinical social work services.
\n
• A home office well-equipped with reliable internet access, telephone, and video conferencing capabilities to ensure seamless sessions with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific modalities of therapy or with particular populations, such as adolescents or individuals with substance use issues, will be considered favorable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
