Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes therapeutic support for students ranging from elementary to high school age who face a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. You will work primarily within educational settings, enhancing students' social and emotional wellness to ensure they are equipped to succeed academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is essential.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably within a school or educational context.

• Proven ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and develop detailed, culturally competent treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive at $115,000 - $120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
