Managing inbound client calls, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will provide support for payments, cancellations, and policy changes while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage client inquiries regarding payments, cancellations, policy changes, and general service needs Maintain calm and professional communication while multitasking across various systems Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support revenue retention by addressing unmet needs Required qualifications Customer service or call center experience preferred Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred Ability to obtain state-required insurance licenses within the first 90 days Proficient typing skills with accuracy Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems
