Dermatology Health & Science Specialist AA - Los Angeles W, CA

Pfizer seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. The role involves building relationships with dermatologists and practice stakeholders, delivering clinical messaging, navigating reimbursement, and supporting product launches across a Los Angeles territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive sales demand and achieve objectives
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing decisions
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources for patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with associate's, 10+ with high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years
• Ability to reside within workable distance of assigned territory and travel to all accounts
• 3–5 years specialty sales experience, preferably dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement pathways
• Strong digital engagement capability and hybrid selling model comfort

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
