Dermatology Health & Science Specialist AD - Los Angeles W, CA

Pfizer seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. The role involves building relationships with dermatologists and clinical staff, delivering clinical messaging, and navigating reimbursement to improve patient access across a Los Angeles territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (associate's with 8+ years, or high school diploma with 10+ years)
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Ability to reside within workable distance of assigned territory and travel to all account locations
• Preferred: 3–5 years specialty sales experience in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Strong understanding of disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement pathways
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
