Dermatology Health & Science Specialist (AD) Pensacola, FL

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive dermatology therapy adoption by engaging healthcare providers, launching products, and ensuring patient access through strategic account management and compliant clinical engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within specialty dermatology
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing decisions
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree with 8+ years work experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record compliant with company standards
• 3–5 years specialty sales experience, preferably dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement pathways
• Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
