Dermatology Health & Science Specialist AA - Honolulu, HI

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive adoption of dermatology therapies in Hawaii. The role involves engaging healthcare providers, delivering clinical messaging, navigating reimbursement, and executing territory strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve specialty dermatology sales objectives
• Build relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing decisions
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement to improve patient access to therapies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and inform brand strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with associate's degree, 10+ years with high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or aligned healthcare sales/marketing experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record compliant with company standards
• Strong specialty selling skills and disease-state knowledge in dermatology
• Ability to navigate reimbursement pathways and engage customers across in-person and digital channels
• Demonstrated data-driven decision making and strategic business thinking

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
