Dermatology Health & Science Specialist (VIT) Seattle, WA

Field-based specialty sales role focused on driving adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. The position requires executing territory strategies, building provider relationships, and navigating reimbursement pathways to improve patient access to Pfizer's dermatology products.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree with 8+ years work experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years work experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record compliant with company standards
• 3–5 years specialty sales experience, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement pathways
• Demonstrated data-driven decision making and strategic business acumen
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
