Dermatology Health & Science Specialist AA - Baton Rouge, LA

Pfizer seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Sales Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers in Louisiana. The role combines clinical expertise, specialty selling, and reimbursement navigation to improve patient access and treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology market
• Build relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR associate's degree with 8+ years work experience OR high school diploma with 10+ years work experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record compliant with company standards
• Preferred: 3–5 years specialty sales experience in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes
• Experience engaging key opinion leaders and managing high-influence accounts
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
