Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at High Point Family and Marriage Counseling, you will:

• Assess patient needs and capabilities, developing individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating symptom resolution and improved functioning.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, couple, and group therapies based on clinical appropriateness.

• Engage actively as either a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, ensuring that the therapeutic setting is supportive and conducive to recovery.

• Regularly evaluate ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients to adjust treatment plans as necessary, identifying specific areas for intervention and support.

• Collaborate with our psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with program standards and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
