HRIS Architect: Data-Driven HR System Expert

Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, TX seeks an HRIS Administrator to manage HR systems, analytics, and data processes to support compliance and informed decision-making. You will act as SME for the HRIS, design workflows, develop reports, advise HR and Payroll on optimization, and partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot complex issues.
