If that's you — read on. Founding Engineer — Integrations Mission Nuragi monitors the behavior of AI systems without accessing personal data. For this to work, we need a reliable way to extract operational signals from dozens of different platforms. That's your role. Responsibility Design and development of connectors for enterprise platforms for collecting aggregated operational events. Key Tasks Define a universal data model for 'decision events' across systems, each with a different API structure, webhooks, and export formats. Solve real-world integration scenarios: systems without APIs, rate limits, inconsistent formats, delayed events, outages. Ensure the Zero-Access principle at the integration level — architecture must guarantee that PII never flows into Nuragi, regardless of what the source system sends. Collaborate with clients during onboarding — understanding their stack, mapping data flows, deploying monitoring in hours, not weeks. Who You Are Someone who has already connected systems that didn't want to be connected. You have experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, ETL pipelines, or integration platforms. Ideally, you've worked with enterprise SaaS systems and know the difference between API documentation and reality. Governance Architect Mission Transforming opaque data into defensible evidence of human oversight. Responsibility Design and management of the Evidence Vault — a system for storing irrefutable evidence of oversight over decision‑making processes. Key Tasks Create 'System-level Governance Narratives' that explain decision logic for regulators. Ensure technical readiness for Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) in compliance with GDPR Art. 15. Build interfaces for documenting 'Meaningful Human Oversight,' demonstrating active human input in automated processes. Who You Are A senior architect with experience in audits, data transparency, and information security, capable of translating statistical anomalies into human language. Business Development Lead – DACH Mission Building institutional trust and alignment with Works Councils. Responsibility DACH is the region with the strongest Works Council influence and extreme emphasis on precise compliance with Art. 14 and 61 of the EU AI Act. Key Tasks Lead dialogue with German and Austrian Works Councils — Nuragi opens the 'Black Box' for employee protection. Implement the 'Safe Harbor' strategy for enterprise corporations facing compliance deadlines. Communicate forensic oversight evidence as a standard for the legal system. Who You Are An expert with a 'sober' presence, capable of facing tough questions from lawyers and trade unions. Business Development Lead – EU-Nordics Mission Ambassador of digital sovereignty and ethical oversight. Responsibility The region with the highest HR technology adoption in the EU, which demands transparency and Zero-Access architecture as a baseline standard. Key Tasks Sell Nuragi's value as an independent layer above existing systems (Workday, Eightfold), which are deeply integrated in the Nordics. Emphasize Affective Privacy protection for Nordic digital leaders. Lead 'Chatham House Rule' discussions for Scandinavian CHROs on algorithmic sovereignty. Who You Are A technology-oriented leader who understands the nuances between 'Privacy-by-Design' and actual infrastructure oversight. Business Development Lead – BeNeLux Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg Mission Partner for financial institutions and international headquarters. Responsibility A region with a high concentration of global headquarters and financial houses subject to dual pressure: banking regulation and the EU AI Act. Key Tasks Target Chief Compliance Officers and DPOs of international institutions based in Brussels and Amsterdam. Present Nuragi as a tool for eliminating 'Compliance Theatre' in international recruitment. Manage the sales cycle through 'Risk Exposure Reports' for multinational boards. Who You Are A senior business diplomat capable of navigating complex procurement structures of international corporations. Business Development Lead – CEE Central and Eastern Europe Mission Pioneer of governance standards. Responsibility A region with massive volumes of AI-assisted recruitment, including shared services centers (SSC), where 'Silent Drift' risk is highest. Key Tasks Identify risks in massive recruitment processes at shared services centers in Poland, Czech Republic, and Romania. Use the '7-Day Shadow Monitor' narrative for rapid risk demonstration without IT department approval. Build awareness of GDPR Art. 22 in a region where candidate rights enforcement is on the rise.
