Unser Fokus liegt auf intelligenten Automatisierungslösungen für Arztpraxen, Zahnarztpraxen und medizinische Einrichtungen. Unsere Plattform kombiniert Voice AI, medizinische Dokumentation, KI‑Assistenten sowie Prozessautomatisierung zu einer vollständig DSGVO‑konformen Lösung. Mit ersten Kunden, laufenden Integrationen und einem klaren Produkt‑Markt‑Fit bauen wir aktuell unser Gründerteam aus. Deine Mission Als Founding Business Development Manager wirst du den Markteintritt von SOL AI aktiv mitgestalten. Du baust langfristige Partnerschaften im Gesundheitswesen auf und entwickelst unsere Vertriebsstrategie gemeinsam mit dem Gründer. Dies ist keine klassische Sales‑Rolle. Du wirst strategischer Partner beim Aufbau eines der spannendsten deutschen Healthcare‑AI-Unternehmen. Deine Aufgaben Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften mit Arztpraxen, Zahnarztpraxen und medizinischen Einrichtungen Entwicklung neuer Go‑to‑Market Strategien Identifikation neuer Marktsegmente Aufbau eines Partnernetzwerks (Praxissoftware, Verbände, Dienstleister) Teilnahme an Healthcare‑Messen und Networking Events Kundeninterviews durchführen und Marktfeedback sammeln Unterstützung bei Förderprojekten und Kooperationen Mitentwicklung unserer internationalen Wachstumsstrategie Das bringst du mit Studium im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement, Medizin, Medizintechnik, BWL oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen Starkes Netzwerk im deutschen Healthcare‑Markt Kommunikationsstärke Unternehmerisches Denken Sehr gutes Deutsch Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft 10–20 Stunden/Woche einzubringen Idealerweise Erfahrung im Praxismanagement Erfahrung im Healthcare‑Vertrieb Erfahrung mit PVS‑Systemen Kenntnisse der Digitalisierungsprozesse im Gesundheitswesen Erfahrung mit KI‑ oder SaaS‑Produkten Was wir bieten Founding Team Rolle Equity Beteiligung Maximale Flexibilität Remote Direkter Einfluss auf Strategie und Produkt Möglichkeit, eines der ersten Teammitglieder zu werden #J-18808-Ljbffr SOL Ai Technologies
