We are seeking a Commercial Legal Specialist – VisionNav® Robotics to support the company’s legal needs across its North American operations. This role will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing commercial agreements and other legal documents, identifying potential legal risks, and providing practical legal guidance to internal business teams. The ideal candidate has at least two years of in-house legal experience supporting B2B businesses and is comfortable handling day-to-day commercial legal matters while coordinating with headquarters legal teams and external counsel when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in-house legal experience, preferably supporting B2B commercial operations.
• Hands-on experience reviewing, drafting, and managing commercial contracts and legal documents, such as NDAs, MSAs, sales agreements, procurement agreements, SOWs, POs, and software/SaaS agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with headquarters legal teams.
• Ability to provide practical legal guidance to internal business teams and independently handle routine commercial legal matters.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Admission to the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction is preferred.
• Experience in robotics, industrial automation, SaaS, software, hardware, or other technology-related industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and approve commercial contracts and other legal documents, including NDAs, MSAs, sales agreements, procurement agreements, SOWs, POs, and software/SaaS agreements.
• Provide legal advice and practical guidance to internal teams on day-to-day commercial and operational matters.
• Identify, assess, and communicate potential legal and contractual risks, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Support contract approval processes and maintain accurate and organized legal and contract documentation.
• Assist with the implementation of legal and compliance requirements applicable to the company’s North American operations.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and help ensure internal practices remain compliant with applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with headquarters legal teams and external counsel on matters requiring specialized legal expertise or additional legal review.
• Support other corporate legal matters and legal projects as needed.
