If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Jira Programmer - Senior Technical Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Business Operations Support (BOS) for a state Medicaid Program as well as other state programs. Working under the direction of the team manager and technology project manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables. In collaboration with other NTT DATA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, UAT, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals.Job Responsibilities Include:Review project artifacts/deliverables throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, document observations and findings using project team processes and standardsInterface with state business users and vendorsAnalyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentationIdentify and report project issues and risksResearch and provide recommendations to the client on business problems/decisionsCollaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistanceEnsure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followedConfigure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, screens, and custom fieldsDesign and implement custom dashboards, filters, and reportsTroubleshoot system issues and optimize performanceDocument configurations and provide user training and supportRequired Qualifications:Minimum 6 years of experience conducting reviews of system development life cycle documentation, project and technical architecture and design deliverables/artifactsMinimum 3 years of experience with JiraMinimum 2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologiesUndergraduate degree or Atlassian Jira CertificationPreferred Skills:Experience supporting multiple workflows, specifications and clients in a dynamic fast-paced environment that is customer focused.Familiarity with Jira plugins and integrations with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, or ServiceNowMinimum 2 years of experience with Jira REST APIs, webhooks, and automation rulesWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $81,936 - $170,700. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
