Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with various orthopedic conditions, using advanced assessment techniques to determine the most effective treatment strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, focusing on maximizing physical function and mobility during their recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including objective measures and revisions to treatment goals and plans, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and optimal recovery strategies, fostering a supportive and informative environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless recovery process.
• Advise on and facilitate the acquisition of necessary medical equipment and adaptive technologies that enhance patient rehabilitation and daily living activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position is on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from active adults to elderly clients, all striving to regain their mobility and strength. Qualifications

• Degree: Required Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Possess an active state physical therapy license to practice in Florida.

Preferred Experience

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a physical therapist, particularly in an orthopedic setting focused on musculoskeletal conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
