Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including physical exams, functional assessments, and patient histories, to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at reducing pain and improving physical function.
• Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and state-of-the-art modalities to deliver treatments that meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-care strategies to support their therapy journey and improve recovery outcomes.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and modifications to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with medical professionals and staff to coordinate multidisciplinary care that addresses all aspects of a patient's health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with patients of various ages who are dealing with orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and mobility challenges. Your expertise will be critical in treating conditions such as arthritis, sports injuries, post-operative recovery, and other musculoskeletal disorders. You will be instrumental in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience is required, demonstrating your proven ability to assess and treat physical therapy patients effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or a related field, with a strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disorders.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and other pain management techniques.
• Hands-on experience with chronic pain management and post-operative recovery protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
