Stone Fabrication Industry Experience Required Tampa Stone Fabricators is looking for a Growth & Partnership Manager to lead revenue growth for a premier stone fabrication and installation company known for precision, innovation, and execution. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and developing scalable strategies for long‑term growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, capable of leading a team, managing key accounts, and creating accountability across the sales process. You will work closely with leadership and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader with experience in construction, manufacturing, home improvement, or related industries who thrives in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment. Compensation Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 (base salary)
