Accounting & Assurance Manager

We are seeking an Accounting & Assurance Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leading assurance engagements from planning to deliveryreviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures
• Supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior staff and seniors
• Reviewing workpapers and financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Building strong client relationships, providing advisory insight beyond compliance
• Managing deadlines, budgets, and workflows across multiple engagements
• Supporting quality control and implementation of new standards and procedures
• Collaborating with partners and contributing to firm initiatives that strengthen our service offerings

Your Qualifications:

• Active CPA license
• 410 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in public accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP, SSARS, and assurance procedures
• Comfortable supervising staff and leading engagements
• Confident communicatorwritten, verbal, and client-facing
• Tech-savvy with experience in modern accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
