Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  A current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

  A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field . Preference for candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree.

  At least two years of demonstrated experience in the mental health counseling field, showcasing skills in assessment and treatment planning.

  Knowledge of evidence-based practices as they relate to a variety of mental health disorders and conditions.

  Proven therapeutic and counseling skills, with an ability to establish strong rapport and motivate clients in their recovery.

  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
