What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit following hospital protocols
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans as needed
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge instructions
• Assist in the implementation of physician orders and treatments
• Respond to patient needs and emergency situations promptly

What You Need

• Valid Oregon RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care planning
• Ability to work night shifts and in a fast-paced environment
