What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care across medical, post-surgical, and intermediate care units
• Apply nursing process within Oregon State Board of Nursing scope of practice
• Teach patients and their families about care plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for effective patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit demands
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and crises

What You Need

• Active Oregon RN license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of relevant RN experience in a hospital or medical care setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and respond to urgent situations effectively
