What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care across medical care, post-surgical, and intermediate care units
• Apply nursing process within the Oregon State Board of Nursing scope of practice
• Educate patients and family members about health management
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for effective patient care
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and crises
• Adapt to fluctuating patient and unit needs with flexibility

What You Need

• Valid Oregon RN license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of relevant experience in acute care settings
• Ability to float between units, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
