What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate emergency care to diverse patient populations in the ER setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans according to nursing standards and protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care and interventions accurately in medical records
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures
- Respond effectively to emergencies and rapidly changing patient needs
What You Need:
- Valid Oregon Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 1 year ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
