Attorney

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an Attorney to join its Spartanburg office. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established practice in the Upstate SC or Charleston, SC area. This role offers hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment. You will be involved in all phases of litigation while developing subject matter expertise, working alongside experienced attorneys with strong national platform support. What You’ll Do Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution iDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with a high degree of precision and clarity Conduct legal research and analysis related to labor and employment law issues Participate in discovery processes including depositions, written discovery, and document review Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and other legal proceedings Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and litigation approach Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to employer clients Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness What We’re Looking For 3+ years of litigation experience Admission to the South Carolina Bar and North Carolina Bar required Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school Excellent legal writing, analytical, and research skills Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and case management capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr LOOP
