Role Description The Marketing Executive will support Valmark’s growth by planning and executing marketing activities that promote the company’s engineering products and services in the oil, gas, and energy sectors. This full-time, on-site role based in Katy, TX involves developing marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The individual will conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and help identify new business opportunities and target segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media and online presence, maintaining marketing databases, supporting sales teams with collateral, and assisting in organizing events, trade shows, and client presentations. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication with clients and prospects. Qualifications Strong marketing skills in areas such as campaign planning, brand positioning, and market analysis. Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and basic website content updates. Ability to create clear and persuasive marketing content, presentations, and sales collateral. Solid research and data analysis capabilities to interpret market trends and customer needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic design tools is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in industrial, engineering, or oil and gas sectors is highly beneficial.
