Work Environment

The selected Physical Therapist will work onsite in the Tampa area, specifically in the patient's home, allowing for a unique and personalized approach to physical therapy. Our full-time work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while providing dedicated support to our patients in their recovery process. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet the specific rehabilitation needs of each patient.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and evidence-based treatments to assist patients in regaining motion and function.
• Maintain a reasonable patient load to ensure each individual receives comprehensive care and attention throughout their therapy sessions.
• Regularly evaluate progress, updating treatment plans as necessary to maximize patient outcomes.
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs focused on improving strength, flexibility, and overall physical performance.
• Educate patients about injury prevention and promote lifestyle changes that enhance physical activity and health.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for patients.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT.

Compensation and Benefits
