Regular operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' unique backgrounds and needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based interventions.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to fit individual clients' therapeutic journeys.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client privacy and adherence to industry standards.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in case consultations with psychiatrists and fellow therapists to enhance collective care strategies.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge of mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
