Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological challenges, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress to ensure meaningful outcomes.

• Offer accessibility options through teletherapy, making it easier for clients facing mobility or geographical challenges to receive help.

• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to uphold the ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field and improve therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as either an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic practices and strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective client communication and rapport-building.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
