Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with recruiters to schedule interviews, maintain recruiting data, and create and distribute offer packages. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a keen eye for detail, capable of multitasking in a demanding environment while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate each stage of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling/follow-up notifications, creating and distributing offer package materials as well as some aspects of the pre-employment process
• Provide exceptional client service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire hiring process
• Point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and external agencies for all interview scheduling and offer packages
• Draft offer letters in our Applicant Tracking System requiring meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain data integrity of recruiting system as well as Internet and social media recruitment
• Maintain interview scheduling data in an excel tracker
• Participate in Recruiting and HR related projects on an ad hoc basis

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience in a corporate environment whether it be full-time experience or internship experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field of study
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with individuals at all levels, including communication (verbal and written), emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence
• Excellent attention to detail
• Due to the nature of the high/constant volume of the role, the individual must apply effective problem solving, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Demonstrates the highest standards of ethics, integrity, honesty, and discretion
• Ability to prioritize, plan and execute projects and individual tasks
• Ability to effectively learn, articulate and promote the brand to potential candidates
• Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of any applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruiting system is a plus

Pay range up to: $25.08 per hour
