Practicum Coordinator

Responsibilities Work in partnership with the Practicum Director to manage activities related to practicum vetting, selection, placement, and monitoring. Interpret CSWE policies, procedures, and agency expectations for students and practicum liaisons. Collaborate with students in the MSW and BSW programs to secure practicum placements that meet educational and professional standards. Cultivate, maintain, and vet agency partnerships that comply with CSWE standards. Provide timely support and troubleshoot concerns between students, the program, and agency partners. Monitor grant updates to ensure students on conditional grants are placed at agencies that meet grant requirements. Assist with data management in the Experiential Learning Cloud system. Qualifications A minimum of two years of professional experience in clinical and/or macro social work practice or a related field. A commitment to social justice, accessibility justice, and anti‑oppressive practice. Strong time‑management and organizational skills. Experience serving as a practicum liaison, supervisor, or advisor. Preferred Skills Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE accredited program.
