Ο Όμιλος ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ, αναζητά: Business Analyst Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Αναλύει τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες και τις τεχνικές λύσεις σε ψηφιακά έργα, μεταφράζει τις σύνθετες επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις σε εφαρμόσιμα τεχνικά παραδοτέα, διασφαλίζει την ευθυγράμμιση μεταξύ των ενδιαφερόμενων μερών και των ομάδων ανάπτυξης λογισμικούκαι διασφαλίζειτην παράδοση εφαρμογών υψηλής ποιότητας. Δρομολογεί και διαχειρίζεται τη διαδικασία τεκμηρίωσης της συλλογής επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων από ποικίλα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη. Διεξάγει λεπτομερή ανάλυση των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και ροών στην τρέχουσα κατάσταση, εντοπίζοντας κενά και βασικούς τομείς βελτίωσης. Αξιολογεί και τεκμηριώνει την πιθανή αξία των εφαρμοζόμενων βελτιώσεων. Μετατρέπει τους γενικούς επιχειρησιακούς στόχους σε λεπτομερείς απαιτήσεις. Σχεδιάζει ροές και διαδικασίες. Μετατρέπει τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες σε απαιτήσεις υλοποίησης (λειτουργικές & τεχνικές), διασφαλίζοντας ότι η ομάδα ανάπτυξης κατανοεί σαφώς τον επιχειρησιακό αντίκτυπο και το πλαίσιο των εργασιών της. Σχεδιάζει και επικυρώνει την τεχνική υλοποίηση. Συνεργάζεται με τις ομάδες παράδοσης του λογισμικού, εξηγεί τις λειτουργικές απαιτήσεις και κατανοεί τις τεχνικές δυσκολίες ώστε να ευθυγραμμίζονται οι επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις με τις τεχνικές δυνατότητες. Ορίζει κριτήρια Δοκιμών Αποδοχής Χρηστών (UAT), αναπτύσσει σχέδια δοκιμών και περιπτώσεων δοκιμών και υποστηρίζει ενεργά τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη κατά τη διάρκεια του UAT, ώστε να διασφαλιστεί ότι η παραδοθείσα εφαρμογή πληροί όλες τις τεκμηριωμένες απαιτήσεις. Διαχειρίζεται τη διαδικασία αλλαγής των απαιτήσεων. Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής 5 έως 6 έτη εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση Γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά) Γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών Η/Υ Δεξιότητες Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και μεθοδικότητα Ανταπόκριση σε συνθήκες εργασιακής πίεσης Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση ταυτόχρονα πολλών θεμάτων Τήρηση διαδικασιών Παροχές Εταιρείας Προοπτικές εξέλιξης και ανάπτυξης σε έναν ισχυρό Όμιλο εταιρειών Συμμετοχή σε Ομιλικό Πρόγραμμα Ιδιωτικής Ασφάλισης Υγείας & Ζωής #J-18808-Ljbffr ΟΜΙΛΟΣ ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ / GEK TERNA GROUP
