BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Driven by excellence, innovation, and high-quality standards, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our growing commercial team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support the Business Development team by coordinating sales activities, managing client and market information, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Business Development Support Maintain and update CRM records, client information, and sales activities. Monitor leads, opportunities, tasks, and follow-up actions. Prepare sales reports, pipeline analyses, and business development KPIs. Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. Client Communication & Coordination Coordinate meetings, calls, and business appointments. Maintain records of client interactions and correspondence. Follow up on meetings, proposals, and ongoing business opportunities. Support day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams. Administrative & Commercial Support Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation. Support contract administration and tender/RFP submissions. Respond to routine client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up. Contribute to building strong client relationships through professional and proactive communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Excellent command of English; French will be considered a strong asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Previous experience in sales support, business development, marketing, or customer service.
