Accounts Payable Remote
Join our team of dedicated professionals at a leading provider of independent medical evaluations, peer reviews, and related healthcare services. We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support our financial operations. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing the payment of invoices and bills owed by the company. Your primary duties will include invoice processing, payment scheduling, vendor management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record accounts payable invoices and bills
- Maintain accurate vendor records and contact information
- Ensure timely payment of invoices according to established policies and procedures
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reports
- Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
This is a temporary to perm position with a target pay rate of $19 per hour. The work will be primarily desk-based, hardwired.
