Accounts Payable SpecialistCFS is partnered with a construction company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.Location: Rockland, MA (100% onsite)Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Join a stable, well-established construction company with long-term growth potentialPrivate-equity backed company looking to refine and automate processesSmall team, this role reports directly to the controller and owns the AP processAccounts Payable Specialist Key Responsibilities:Ensure all AP invoices are processed, matched to POs, and reconciled accurately for on-time paymentsManage credit card imports, reconciliations, and exceptions using Excel and in-system toolsCommunicate with vendors to resolve billing and payment discrepancies quickly and professionallyContribute to administrative projects and organization-wide digital transformation initiativesProcess high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvalsAccounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:2+ years of Accounts Payable experienceConstruction or related industry experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systemsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
