Learning Operations Manager

Supporting Udemy Business customers, the full-time Learning Operations Manager will manage day-to-day platform operations, including license management and content recommendations, while working remotely to enhance customer engagement and platform effectiveness. Key responsibilities Manage daily platform operations, including license management, configuration updates, and learning path upkeep Provide content recommendations and insights to customer admins based on deep knowledge of the Udemy catalog Facilitate training sessions and webinars to support platform adoption and build administrator confidence Required qualifications Experience in platform operations, managed services, or customer-facing support roles Strong understanding of effective learning program design and content organization Ability to analyze platform usage data and provide actionable recommendations Experience facilitating training sessions or learning events in a professional context Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement
