This role combines client service, engagement leadership, team management, business development, and technology enablement.You’llwork closely withthe segment leader,and other practice leaders to strengthen client relationships,identifynew opportunities, and help develop practical, technology-enabled solutions. Manage successfulinternal audit, SOX, ERM, finance, and risk governance engagements from planning through completion Serve as a trusted client advisor bymaintainingstrong relationships, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service Manage, coach, and develop Seniors, Staff, and contractors working in-office, remotely, and internationally Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and engagement quality Createaction-orientedaccount plans andidentifyopportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business Support proposals, presentations, networking activities, conferences, and other practice growth initiatives Participate in the firm’s business development and origination program, including eligible origination incentives based on collected fees Contribute ideas for AI-enabled tools, GRC solutions, and other technology improvements that enhance client delivery and practice operations Travel a minimum of approximately 25% based on client and business development needs What SkillsYou’llBring 4+ years of experience in internal audit, SOX, enterprise risk management, finance, governance,and/or related advisory services Experience managing client engagements, projects, and multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated success managing and developing team members acrossdifferent locationsand working environments Strong client service, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills Experience supporting business development, account growth, proposals, or sales initiatives Familiarity with AI and technology-enabled solutions within audit, risk, finance,andprofessional services Ability to plan and execute professional events, conferences, and client-facing initiatives Working knowledge of GRC platforms, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,Fieldguide, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools; prior experience with every platform is notrequired At least one relevant certification, such as CIA, CISA, CPA,and/or an AI- or growth-related certification HowYou’llStand Out Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability toidentifyopportunities and turn ideas into action Self-starter who is comfortable operating in a growing and evolving practice Experience supporting IPO readiness, public-company compliance, or pre-IPO organizations Spanish-languagepreferred Experience developing or implementing AI-enabled tools for audit, risk, compliance, or finance teamswith tools like Claude Code, Codex, and beyond Established professional networkanddemonstratedability to originate and expand client relationships We embrace authenticity.
