Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Hollow Haven Counselling, you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, in accordance with departmental policies to ensure clear communication and compliance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and discharge strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Consult with clients’ families and support systems to enhance treatment efficacy, ensuring everyone involved is aligned with therapeutic goals.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments, accounting for clients’ specific histories, strengths, and challenges.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, providing counseling and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of their progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions or workshops as needed, leveraging shared experiences to foster collective healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of a diverse range of individuals and families seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and valid LMFT licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities and client care.

• Strong computer skills including proficiency in electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheet tools, essential for effective documentation and communication.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience in working with clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, as well as knowledge of evidence-based practices in therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Familiarity with telehealth platforms will be considered a plus, enhancing our remote service delivery.
