Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of pediatric patients to develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual needs.
• Provide hands-on clinical treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities aimed at restoring function and mobility.
• Maintain regular communication with patients and their families about progress, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and any challenges encountered during therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care, documenting patient progress and modifying treatment plans as required.
• Educate families and caregivers on the therapeutic process, guiding them through home programs and discharge planning to facilitate continuity of care.
• Proactively refer patients to other health services and specialists as appropriate, ensuring holistic support for the child's rehabilitation journey.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient cases and share insights on best practices, enhancing overall care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Pediatric Physical Therapist will focus on children with a wide range of physical challenges, including developmental delays, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical recovery. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
