Engagement Manager, Omnichannel Client Enablement

This Engagement Manager role bridges client relationships and internal teams to oversee omnichannel campaign strategy and measurement. The successful candidate will combine 7–12 years of healthcare marketing or research experience with analytical expertise, managing campaign development, customer segmentation, channel strategy, and performance analytics while serving as the primary client contact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and subject matter expert for campaign development and measurement
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign strategy aligned with brand and customer objectives
• Maintain deep knowledge of customer segmentation and campaign analytics across channels
• Define measurement plans, test approaches, and performance monitoring against objectives
• Recommend channel strategies and investments based on reach, affinity, and historical engagement data

Requirements

• 7-12 years pharmaceutical, healthcare advertising, analytics, or market research experience
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Knowledge of advertising campaign management and optimization
• Ability to develop measurement plans and analyze data for campaign strategy
• Strong digital marketing expertise in pharma and medical communities
• Stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills
• Local office attendance and up to 10% client site travel capability

Compensation: $111,000-$309,200 base
