This role offers a fully remote work setting within our Community Health Clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Trinity Health Behavioral Center, you will:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver comprehensive short-term psychotherapy services.

• Utilize a variety of clinical modalities to treat individuals, couples, and families, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and dual diagnoses.

• Engage in case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive therapy, employing evidence-based practices and maintaining clinical competency across various therapeutic settings.

• Collaborate with your clinical team through regular consultations to discuss treatment strategies that meet the needs of our patient population.

• Document clinical services accurately and prepare reports as necessary, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.

• Participate actively in departmental planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a diverse range of individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges. You will provide care to those experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or hold a Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s or Doctoral level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be preferred:

• Prior experience working in a remote health setting or teletherapy.

• Experience in case management or with Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs).
